Appointment Cancellation Policy
We have more patients who need care than we have room in our daily schedule to provide. When a patient does not show up for their appointment or cancels too close to their scheduled time we are unable to fill this appointment with another patient. This policy is our attempt to ensure both you and other patients receive the care you need. A credit card number is required when scheduling a new patient appointment. Should any scheduling changes arise we require at least 48 hours advance notice to avoid a $200 cancellation fee for new patients and $100 for return.
Please note: Supplements are available to purchase for patient convenience at Newport Integrative Naturopathic Health. Patients are under no obligation to purchase their supplements at the office and many of the same or similar products are available at your local health food store and/or online. Your doctor may receive a commission for products sold to their patients.
